What is SMRT Computer Solutions all about?
We recently opened our storefront in Powassan but have been servicing North Bay and Area for just over 5 years. We help businesses with cyber security, hardware, wiring, and technical setup. We also help businesses get off the ground by designing their branding, marketing materials, website, and social media.
How did SMRT Computer Solutions start?
Wayne Wallace previously worked as a developer for over 15 years. While working in software development, he found himself assisting family and friends with technical questions and issues. Wayne’s technical, and people skills allowed him to ensure that family, friend, or customer, he would provide quality service. Since then SMRT Computer Solutions has successfully grown to support Powassan, North Bay, and all other surrounding areas.
Why is customer satisfaction of such importance to Wayne, and to the company?
Wayne believes in the golden rule of treating others the way he would like to be treated and gains satisfaction from knowing that his customers are happy. Wayne endeavors to ensure that all of SMRT’s customers can trust us with their IT for years to come. Wayne encourages all staff to offer understanding and empathy to frustrated users and provide solutions that are tailored to meet and exceed their needs. SMRT Computer Solutions believes that technology should work for you and not vice versa.
Our Team
Our team brings together several different skillsets. We are a group of positive people, great at problem solving, and finding solutions that work for the client.
Wayne enjoys helping customers with tech as well as spending time with his wife and kids. You may find him trying to rollerblade on the Kate Pace Way or working around the house doing home renos.
Chelsea has many hobbies including sketching on her iPad, biking, reading, singing (badly), random DIY projects, and an almost unhealthy addiction to mystery/crime TV shows.
Matt is the newest addition to our team. In his life outside of work, Matt enjoys fixing vintage game systems and tinkering with electronics.
Oakley is an incredibly hard worker! He is very diligent with his day-to-day doodies. An excellent record keeper of all branch-to-branch matters and overall just such a good boy!!!
